At this course you will learn about:

  • land sale, purchase, and exchange in the municipal context
  • planning considerations for long-term phased developments
  • nature of ephemeral land uses such as temporary uses, accessory uses, occasional uses and special events, seasonal uses, mobile uses, and more
  • impacts of sea level rise on coastal communities
  • judicial review and enforcement of development permits, development variance permits, board of variances, and more
