About Self-Paced eLearning
Easily accessible in a one to two-hour program, self-paced elearning provides video, quiz questions, and reference materials. The programs are available on demand for two weeks from your date of purchase. You work at your own pace, you control the video and question playback, you can stop part way through and your answers are saved. These programs provide CPD credit for working on your own, at your own pace.

Email has been at the centre of a spate of reports to the Lawyers Insurance Fund. In this program, you will hear the ways that email has triggered a report to LIF, with examples from the cases. You will hear what went wrong and how it could have been avoided. Margrett George and Jonathan Corbett share practical risk management advice that you will be able to incorporate into your practice right away. This program is based on a CLE-TV course originally broadcast on December 7, 2010.
