CLEBC’s Aboriginal Law Conference will be held in person and via webinar on November 25, 2022. We invite you to submit an outline of the paper you would like to present at the conference.
This annual conference brings together leading Aboriginal law practitioners to address current and emerging issues with a focus on BC. We will explore the legal and pragmatic implications of current developments affecting Indigenous Peoples, governments, and industry. We aim to provide those working in the area with a substantive look at the trends and practical issues to meet the increasingly complex and sophisticated issues in this area of practice.
Lawyers, academics, the judiciary, Indigenous community members, and all other professionals interested in the area of Aboriginal law are invited to submit an outline of the paper they would like to present at the conference.
Please take a moment to review the agendas from 2021 and 2020 for an idea of the topics that have been covered recently. We do our best to have different topics every year, unless there have been significant developments or changes in the area.
