March 2017 This month the spotlight shines on Ardith Walpetko We’dalx Walkem. Ardith co-chaired our groundbreaking Indigenous Legal Orders and the Common Law Conference in 2012, and continues to volunteer as a writer and presenter for conferences on Access to Justice for Children, and Aboriginal Law.

February 2017 This month’s spotlight is on Michele Ross, a designated paralegal at West Coast ADR Law Group Ltd. and Quay Law Centre, and host of Ethics, coming Spring 2017, part of CLEBC’s Paralegal Core Competency series.

January 2017 This month’s spotlight is on Hassib Hasanzadeh, one of the volunteer contributors to our popular practice manual Advising BC Businesses, which will be updated in February 2017.

December 2016 This month’s spotlight is on Sandra Weafer and Darryl Larson, the co-chairs of our Immigration Issues In Depth 2016 course in December. Sandra is the Regional Director and General Counsel, Public Safety Defence and Immigration Section, Department of Justice and Darryl is a senior lawyer at Embarkation Law Corporation.
