HUGH MCLELLAN, a partner in the Vancouver law firm of McLellan Herbert, practices in the areas of estate litigation, estate planning, and elder law.

KAREN MARTIN leads the Construction Group in the Vancouver office of Dentons Canada LLP. Her practice focuses on giving strategic advice to solve project issues, and where disputes arise, helping clients to resolve those disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

CRAIG NATSUHARA is an associate partner at Egan LLP in Vancouver, where he manages the Canadian and cross-border NAFTA Immigration practice.

ANN HALKETT joined Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP in 2000 as a senior paralegal and has more than eighteen years experience. Ann became Litigation Support Manager in 2014.

GEOFF WHITE found his Shangri-La in Kelowna after moving his estate law practice from “back east” in 1997. His heritage law office is focused in estate planning, administration and litigation.

DON SIHOTA is a partner at Clark Wilson LLP, BC’s law firm for business. His practice focuses on private company transactions, wealth preservation, business succession and M&A across a broad range of industries.

MORAG MCLEOD is a senior family litigator, certified family law mediator and arbitrator, and parenting coordinator in private practice in Vancouver.

TIM SCHOBER has practiced in Victoria for his entire career. He is currently enjoying the incredible harbour view (and personalities) at Pearlman Lindholm, after a lengthy stint with Cardinal Law, a shorter stint with the modest Schober & Company, and a few other gigs.
