The conveyancing process involves so many details that it can be overwhelming to keep track of all the tasks you need to complete.
This course will flag common issues that arise in a residential conveyance and explain to you practice points to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. A diverse and experienced faculty of lawyers, senior conveyancers, and government representatives will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. You will increase confidence and speed in your ability to perform conveyancing tasks.
After taking this course, you will be able to:
- increase confidence in your ability to perform conveyancing tasks
- appreciate the legal reasons behind the technical steps involved in a conveyance
- handle unusual circumstances that can occur in a conveyance
- avoid the most common errors that arise in conveyances
